marc_saint Posted 1 April, 2010 Posted 1 April, 2010 Afternoon guys. I've never used skype before, but this afternoon I need to be on a conference call. Normally I'm in the office for this and the phones are all set up for it. But today I'm at home and my normal house phone doesn't have a loud speaker on it. So I thought the easiest thing to do would be to download Skype which i have done and all that's fine. I've added some credit to the account so I'm all ready to go. Now... I see that the rate to a landline number is £0.014 (To either the UK or US number that i can use to log in to the call). I've just tested it and it shows that the cost was £0.04. Is this a "minimum charge"? and is it a cost per minute service? Cheers in advance. Marc
