Getting in and too your seat

Does anybody know easy it is to get in and to your seat at Wembley?

 

My moron brother has overselpt in Liverpool and is going to make it (hopefully) to Wembley Central by 1.08.

 

Needless to say I've got his ticket.

 

I'll ****ing kill him if I miss the first 10 mins.

Upper tier will take several minutes, lower tier is pretty much straight in. You should be fine
