St Landrew Posted 30 March, 2010 Share Posted 30 March, 2010 Er yeh, why do you despair?? Because you would wanted Portsmouth to win. I'm usually pretty forgiving of most things, but Pompey have lied and cheated their way to their present position and they are still wriggling a bit, getting special conditions awarded to them by the Premiership. I want them in administration [that's one bit over] and I want them relegated, good and proper, and at the earliest opportunity, hopefully, this coming weekend. And if that means old twitcher benefitted from it, then that's unfortunate, but necessary. Eating a huge slice of humble pie will do them no harm at all. They can regroup in the Championship. Next season they will get another load of minus points and hopefully a transfer embargo to boot.
bungle Posted 30 March, 2010 Share Posted 30 March, 2010 Someone I know described the FA Cup semi-final between the two as 'Aids v Cancer'. If Pompey go down by under 9 points it will be very amusing. I hope Spurs finish 8th.
