Why dont we do as Man City have done and now Newcastle (Have hired former football league chairman Keith Harris) and enrol the services of a Mr fix it to seal a sale?

Seems other teams are sold very quickly, yet we are waiting and waiting and waiting.

Surely someone could 'fixit' for us?

i thought we already did that, which ending in Lowe slagging him off at some Prince of Wales trust function or other for lack of results. Get this straight once and for all; you can sell something saleable if your even a mediocre salesman, to sell "difficult" concerns you have to be exceptional, perhaps Harris ain't that good.Lowe told him he was "a ******* disgrace" in front of HRH ,so he can't be all that efficient.

Nice idea but we can hardly expect wealthy foreigners to invest mega-bucks in a struggling non-Premier League club when the local people don't seem very interested anymore can we ?

Depressing Fact No 457 - If current trends continue the SFC match day attendance will soon all be able to fit into AFC Bournemouth's 'Fitness First' stadium .

When what you are trying to sale has a value of about 14p and the major shareholders are asking for something like 1400000000p (in other words £14m), then it's asking quite alot from your salesman!!!!!!!

Even Marc Jackson couldn't manage that.

April 2007. Um, it's well documented. Our shares were going at about 50P

and upwards in those days, we were getting towards the play-offs and things looked good(ish).

And were massively overpriced (particularly when you consider how much other comparable Clubs have been sold for e.g. Ipswich, Wolve, Leicester, etc etc etc).

We'll be bought soon enough; About 24 hours before administration hits, just like Coventry was. At that very moment the stock will be really cheap to buy, as the alternative for Ru**rt, Quisling, LC and the others is seeing the value of their stock be ZERO.

But Lowe and Wilde must still be blagging it then, because they are still asking for a rather pretty price from everything I have been hearing.

However, unlike with contracted players, who Lowe always played hardball with when selling, they have a pretty weak hand and any prospective buyer (including even mad old Dan Williams) knows that.

2 more league game losses and they won't be blagging it any more. With the gates as low as they are, and going even lower, the bank's patience will run out faster than they might think, especially given the credit crisis banks are currently in.

Not according to the Luvvies on here - according to them, we've already apparently made the bank happy through to May, irrelevant of attendances, and will come roaring back next season with something to build upon from this season.....

Doesn't he work for Seymore Price, the same one's who have been trying to sell us for nearly 2 years? Could be something to do with having a salable asset!

Maybe, with Lowe and Wilde wanting a ridiculous price for their shares, Keith Harris learnt ages ago that very old axiom - you can't polish a turd....

OR, it could be something to do with having a Chairman who REALLY WANTS TO SELL / GET INVESTMENT

( Which is surely something, purely from a Businessman's point of view, Lowe has failed to do for well over Ten years .... )
