Saint-scooby Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 More spotty kids in block 37 with their spotty pocket money, banging on the back, with their spotty hands.... PS yes its a good deal
RedWillie Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 great, after I bought my mates Wednesday ....for £22 !
dune Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 Nice gesture from Mr cortese, and a good business decision.
sperm_john Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 great shout, about as good as it gets without doing buy one get one free really
Phil63 Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 Just done the same - but called customer service and they cancelled my online ticket (£25.00) and I brought 1# for a fiver.
Phil63 Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 great, after I bought my mates Wednesday ....for £22 ! Just done the same on line - however, just phoned customer service and they refunded my ticket (£25) and allowed my to purchase one for a fiver. Customer Service and Ticket Office were really helpful. Might be worth a call.
Window Cleaner Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 Just done the same on line - however, just phoned customer service and they refunded my ticket (£25) and allowed my to purchase one for a fiver. Customer Service and Ticket Office were really helpful. Might be worth a call. But you have to either have a full price ticket or buy one to get a cheap one. It isn't £5 a ticket. So I really don't understand what you're saying, must be that you're going with someone who already has a ST or a regular ticket.
brianoneils slidingtackle Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 A bit of forward planning from Saints, well done
Jesus Reigned Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 The article claims to quote Cortese but I can't imagine he'd use the word "fiver".
Deppo Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 That's good stuff. I'm getting two tickets on Monday, so that works out well for me, especially in the run-up to payday.
Phil63 Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 Reply to Window cleaner I am a season ticket holder - I brought the £25 ticket for my daughter on-line at lunchtime. When I saw the £5 offer later in the afternoon, I phoned and they let me cancel the £25 ticket and buy a ticket (for the same seat) for £5.
Norm Posted 19 March, 2010 Posted 19 March, 2010 More spotty kids in block 37 with their spotty pocket money, banging on the back, with their spotty hands.... PS yes its a good deal I bet you were one of those "spotty kids" just 5 minutes ago! Well done, Saints.
shurlock Posted 20 March, 2010 Posted 20 March, 2010 Even better had he offered a free ticket to those who did Hartlepool away...
VectisSaint Posted 20 March, 2010 Posted 20 March, 2010 Even better had he offered a free ticket to those who did Hartlepool away... Some people are never satisfied
