Tottenham, the most arrogant club with the most arrogant fans. Always think they are much better than they are. Add the name Alan Sugar and it's pretty much as bad as it gets even if ( I don't know for sure) he's no longer involved directly with them.

Chelski, spend, spend, spend

Arsenal, though mostly to do with Arsene Whinger

Liverpool, similarly only with Benitez, not sure which one whines the most

Leeds, simple, the fans.
