As above but I would also release Poke, Gobern, Gillet, Thomson and Lancashire. None of them are particularly young anymore and don't appear to be near to getting a game. Don't know if they are out of contract thouhg

 

 

It's not really just about " youth " but having some experience there, too.

But, I'd go along with most of the above, but loan out Forecast and keep it between Poke and Bart as no.2 keeper (for the time being).

 

We need the likes of; Thomas, Wotton and even a fit Murty for another year or so - if only to have experienced cover in case of injury /suspensions.

 

If a key player gets injured and we lose our formation, bringing in a kid and start losing games, it could cost us 12-15 points in a month if we have someone banned / out for a month !

We need experience, but it needs to be decent experience. We need experience like Lambert and Jaidi. Murty is ancient and crocked. Wotton is well past his extremely limited best.

Connolly (class player. Big question mark against fitness. Keep on a pay per play basis?)

 

Based on the above probably need another fullback/central defender, two or possibly three midfielders (one of whom who is a 'schemer') and at least one striker, possibly a target man who could deputise for Lambert

Thomas = stay, he plays with a bit of aggression which we need at times.

Waigo = stay, can offer something different (impact)

Semi = stay, half decent player IMO

James= stay, agree with dibden purlieu saint, will be a decent champ player, can cross, pass and put foot in.

Antonio = undecided, can be exciting but can be pony

The rest can go especially Pulis?!
