I think we did but a mate is saying this will be first final we have played in wearing stripes in our life time

Toomer - I still remember buying my first pair of Adidas Kick in there after graduating from plimsols and baseball boots purchased in Curtis's in East St. ;)

 

I'm not that far behind mate - born 65.

 

My teenage years covered quite a few ahem memorable moments following the good old Red and White - '84 was an exceptional year.

Was the first real replica kit you could buy. My mum bought me one but the shorts were far too tight. Didn't stop me wearing them though.
