NickG Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 ...my stat for today: the sun list the top ten clubs in all four divisions, ranked on goal difference - we are 10th in the country.
sfc4prem Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 Pardew out! Agreed, with our strikeforce we should be higher up. Pardew must be doing something wrong. Pardew out!
gaz Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 Back on planet Earth...awesome stat. Did Markus feature on the Forbes Rich list 2010 too? I didn't see.
scotty Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 Back on planet Earth...awesome stat. Did Markus feature on the Forbes Rich list 2010 too? I didn't see. I dont suppose many people on here follow the forbes list especially closely. Just saying
opthomps Posted 16 March, 2010 Posted 16 March, 2010 Back on planet Earth...awesome stat. Did Markus feature on the Forbes Rich list 2010 too? I didn't see. He is definitely in the top 1011 Billionaires. Shame we didn't get Carlos Slim. $53 billion. We could have got Sol Campbell with that money i reckon I think Liebherr is only worth about $4 Billion. The peasant.
alpine_saint Posted 16 March, 2010 Posted 16 March, 2010 How amusing that the Propaganda Ministry is so confident of our progress and next season, that they have to start half-a-dozen threads a day to brainwash and intimidate everyone...
JustMike Posted 16 March, 2010 Posted 16 March, 2010 How amusing that the Propaganda Ministry is so confident of our progress and next season, that they have to start half-a-dozen threads a day to brainwash and intimidate everyone... ...and that coming from you, who, when we lose or draw start half a dozen threads moaning about AP
Carlos Fandango Posted 16 March, 2010 Posted 16 March, 2010 Yeah it's called supporting your team mush. We have endured years of rubbish and now the tide has turned why shouldn't we enjoy it?
Fowllyd Posted 16 March, 2010 Posted 16 March, 2010 How amusing that the Propaganda Ministry is so confident of our progress and next season, that they have to start half-a-dozen threads a day to brainwash and intimidate everyone... Do you honestly think people feel intimidated?
NickG Posted 16 March, 2010 Author Posted 16 March, 2010 what a strange reaction. Why don't you just start a thread listing all our defeats for you, and you alone to enjoy? Very strange man.
Griff Posted 16 March, 2010 Posted 16 March, 2010 He is definitely in the top 1011 Billionaires. Shame we didn't get Carlos Slim. $53 billion. We could have got Sol Campbell with that money i reckon I think Liebherr is only worth about $4 Billion. The peasant. Nah Liebherr does not even rate - Forbes starts at $1bn and Marcus is not there. I have too much time at the moment!!
doddisalegend Posted 16 March, 2010 Posted 16 March, 2010 How amusing that the Propaganda Ministry is so confident of our progress and next season, that they have to start half-a-dozen threads a day to brainwash and intimidate everyone... WTF
Torrent Of Abuse Posted 16 March, 2010 Posted 16 March, 2010 How amusing that the Propaganda Ministry is so confident of our progress and next season, that they have to start half-a-dozen threads a day to brainwash and intimidate everyone... [Alpine mode=ON]All I do is voice a simple opinion and the usual suspects come out sneering. It's a forum isn't it? Surely that means I'm able to put my own opinion without such abuse. Call the mods! Call the mods! Infraction alert! Infraction alert![Alpine mode=OFF] It's really easy being you, Alpine. I don't know what you make such a meal about it for. It's a piece of p1ss.
Frank's cousin Posted 16 March, 2010 Posted 16 March, 2010 How amusing that the Propaganda Ministry is so confident of our progress and next season, that they have to start half-a-dozen threads a day to brainwash and intimidate everyone... Alps... I dont think anyone thinks it will be 'easy' or guarranteed next season...but with all things considered, the squad that has been assembled has shown in the last 3 months or so Promotion form (even with the odd poor result as ALL teams have). IF and we know its a big IF that form and confidence can be carried forward to next season and the squad held together, it suggests we have have alot to look forward to. I dont thyink that is naive or happy clappy, but based on a reasonable assessment of the last 20 odd games - ironically some feel we have been inconsistent Because the bad results stand out like a sore thumb, yet the form over this period if duplicated from teh start of the season next year WILL see us promoted automatically. In the mean time fans are just happy that after a period of woeful results, we seem to have made a vast improvement in results (albeit against a lower level of opposition) - and not playing bad football either but a good pragmatic mix of a passing game and direct approach that seems to be working in this league. Reasons to be positive no?
