St Landrew Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 ...are up on the BBC website. Don't really know why they couldn't have shown at least this much on the Football League show, but they didn't and so here they are now: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_2/8547627.stm Apologies if posted earlier, and to overseas fans.
DrZuess1979 the 2nd Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 Love AP reaction at the final whistle
The9 Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 I'm actually shocked at how terribly "even" those highlights are considering we dominated for all but about 5 mins after kick off and 15 minutes at the start of the second half. It shows their early (non-) free kick which didn't even get into the 6 yard box, ignores about 5 of 6 of our good chances altogether, and aftwer showing Leeds improving at the start of the second half, then skips almost the entire second half and Gradel smacking Harding.
Winchester_Saint Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 And we had 2 or 3 other decent chances which they couldn't even fit into the highlights - it really was an outstanding performance at home yet again
Red Alert Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 "Harding scored only his 4th goal of the season" ppfft he is a right left back give him a chance
stevegrant Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 "Harding scored only his 4th goal of the season" ppfft he is a right left back give him a chance Factually inaccurate as well, as it was his 3rd goal. For some bizarre reason, the Press Association credited the injury-time equaliser in the Norwich JPT game to Harding, even though it was Papa Waigo who scored it... easily confused, those two!
whizzpop Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 "Harding scored only his 4th goal of the season" ppfft he is a right left back give him a chance I had the same reaction to that comment!

Guest Dark Sotonic Mills Posted 15 March, 2010 Posted 15 March, 2010 Well, we have been spoilt by high scoring left backs before haven't we? Frannie Benali's magnificent career tally being almost as impressive as David Peach's...
SNSUN Posted 16 March, 2010 Posted 16 March, 2010 Morgan - will he ever score? It looked easier to score than miss! (Prove me wrong tonight chap.)
St Landrew Posted 16 March, 2010 Author Posted 16 March, 2010 Well, we have been spoilt by high scoring left backs before haven't we? Frannie Benali's magnificent career tally being almost as impressive as David Peach's... From Wikipedia... On 18 August 1979, David Peach became the highest scoring full-back in the history of the Football League when he scored a penalty against Manchester United. Now we know why the commentator said...
