Now the other 2 took several listens to before I got into them. The second album I thought was really good. I'm not a uber super massive fan of them but I've always thought they were alright. This last album is a load of pish though! It's like, Opera/80s Music/Rap all rolled into one and it just doesn't work.

Thoughts?

I have to say I'm not with you on this one. It's a bit easier going than the previous two albums. But I find it quite a pleasant, enjoyable album.

Once again showing Damon Albarn's impressive versatility. On tour with one of the Best British bands in the last couple of decades, then releasing an album like this the next year. Very impressive. I'd like to see one of them snaring gnarling Gallagher idiots attempt to do anything as diverse as this.

The previous albums didn't really do anything for me, apart from the remixes that were released. I am willing to give this one a go. Is Dan the Automator on it?
