When was the last time we scored 10 goals in 2 games? I reckon it was quite a while ago!Also when was the last time we won 6 home (league) games on the trot? Playoff season perhaps?

1996 we got 9 in 2

 

We beat Sunderland 3-0 then Manure 6-3.

1993 was the last time we won 6 games on the trot at home. Thats what they said on SSN last night

I remember the 76-77 season when Saints were expected by many to get promoted after winning the FA Cup, but the season started poorly and we were botton of what is now the championship after 7 games as we hadn't won a game, then we beat Fulham 4-1

( they had George best, Rodney Marsh and Bobby Moore in their side and they were flying ) we followed that up by winning 6-2 at Wolves who were in 2nd place at the time. I think this is the last time we scored 10 goals in two games.
