chrisobee Posted 28 February, 2010 Share Posted 28 February, 2010 Just been looking at the various options for watching TV online. At present I just get the basic Freeview channels on my TV but definitely want to get Sky Sports and a few other channels such as Watch and others which show old drama/comedy shows on my PC. Sky player is it seems the obvious choice for Sky Sports but from what I can see I need to buy their Entertainment pack as well ? Doesn't seem good value to me. Anyone on here subscribe to any services ( I do know for sure a fair few have Sky Player!) Thanks
marc_saint Posted 28 February, 2010 Share Posted 28 February, 2010 http://www.seesaw.com is a newly launched service that incorperates the bbc iplayer, 4on demand and 5 on demand. You can search loads of series etc. I've just been watching a few episodes of The Inbetweeners on there. :-D

The Cat Posted 1 March, 2010 Share Posted 1 March, 2010 Download Sopcast and you'll be able to watch most sport for free. If a sporting event is televised anywhere in the world it will more than likely be on the internet somewhere. Obviously quality varies but you can generally find a decent feed within 5 minutes. Saint_Jonny Posted 1 March, 2010 Share Posted 1 March, 2010 Im at uni and I have sky player on my xbox. Done away with it the other day as for 25 quid a month I only watch it at the weekends and only get ss1 and some **** entertainment tripe, that DOES NOT inlude sky1 and does not include access to ANY on demand stuff. Total waste of time.
