7 points from 9 (ok maybe not the way we thought we may have got them but approaching March and still unbeaten in 2010 (in league of course).

Still a big ask for play offs but who knows???

Great win, Huddersfield is now vital. Playoffs are a big ask, but continue to play like that and who knows? we might just sneak it...stranger things have happened.

7 pts from the last 3 games (inc' 2 away games) is very good; the big game is Tuesday and if we take 10 pts from 12 pts then the momentum builds for play-offs. Walsall commenator said he expects Saints to get to play-offs and we will win them if we get there.

It's like chatting up a woman in a club, getting a slap in the face for groping her jubblies, and ending up getting laid in the bogs.

I said on the pre-match thread I had a dream about a big scoreline last night, and I wasn't wrong. Muchos looking forward to Tuesday night, I'll be there hoping we can carry this form on. Bring it ON!

Well done to all the lads today, shame I'll be in bed for the highlights. (Stupid work again...)

Woop, I still think playoffs are beyond us but it would be nice to end this season in some seriously good form and give the boys plenty of confidence to win the league next year.

When you think of clean sheet, do you think of a bed sheet, rather than a sheet of paper..?

For some stupid reason, I think of a bed sheet. :)

Bed sheet ftw.

but seriously sounds brilliant, cant wait for ppl who went to give us their views and ratings

Tbh, I often find some people see a totally different match to me when I'm able to go. Given a good radio commentary and stats to back things up, it's surprising how accurate one's assessment can be.

Pardew out

Lallana out

Lee Barnard out

Ladies t!ts out for the boys :D

Only if you slap your offer on the table..

Apperrittivoo time, so I'll read you all later.

Just looked at the league table for the first time in bloody ages. If we can win our games in hand and beat Huddersfield (big if I know) then we are right back in it.

well, i suppose what with Portsmouth going into admin yesterday, last night on the beer and tonight and also the 5-1 win today it doesn't seem to be a bad weekend.

Now to work on the missus for anal :D

puncheon is the key. With him and Lallana we have so much variation in our play. Teams will be scared of these two. AP's interview on solent just now was a shocker. Sounded very moody and sarcastic.

 what did he say?

 what did he say?

One word answers. Very clipped. Totally monotone in response. Anyone would have thought he'd just heard that a close relative had died, or he'd lost his job.

I sincerely hope nothing is actually wrong.

Sounded uninterested and made the interviewer do all the work. He made it a very short interview. Said he wasnt interested in stats and didnt care that dave merrington said saints on their day were best team in league.

Crikey - sounds like Cortese's sacked him....

Pompey winning stopped it being a great weekend though.

Not really. That's 3 points Burnley won't lose if they vote in favour of throwing the cheating bästards out of the league before the end of the season.
