benjii Posted 24 February, 2010 Share Posted 24 February, 2010 An email campaign perhaps? Not to try to get us reinstated, just to get those cheating ****s dismissed. Not just them actually, any club in admin. Admin is likely to be an increasing phenomenon. The PL and FL, the two bedrock competitions of English professional football, have recognised that you need to have sporting sanctions to compensate for the possible unfair advantages of "financial doping". It is bizarre therefore, that the FA, the guardians of the game, appear nonplussed about insolvent clubs continuing to compete in the FA Cup when any competitive advantage is just as significant. Write to the FA and ask for clubs in admin to be thrown out. Soon... !
ART Posted 24 February, 2010 Share Posted 24 February, 2010 Sorry I can't agree with all clubs that are in administration. However, clubs where it is proved beyond doubt that they have been involved in dodgy dealings, irregular financial procedures and can't produce valid up to date accounts, then I fully support that they should be expelled. I've taken about all I can of the goings on a Skatesville. I don't blame the supporters but do feel the supporters should have done more to put an end to the fiasco playing out day after day. To think that Peter Storyteller is now going to advise and stay on during Administration defies belief. Just how can the very person who's been at the source of every single dealing over the past 10 years, be now asked to stay on. I've lost all faith in the game, not only on the pitch but in the corridors of corrupt power. I've had enough. We are supporting a filthy game, a stinking mess from top to bottom of the Premiership, all the way done the Football League.

Smirking_Saint Posted 24 February, 2010 Share Posted 24 February, 2010 It's not the clubs fault tbf. The cheating c*nts that have caused all this will never be properly punished however which is sh*t. Lobby the FA to stop being so limp wristed and ensure a fit and proper persons test would be better.
benjii Posted 24 February, 2010 Author Share Posted 24 February, 2010 This isn't a witch-hunt but obviously the fishy-few's predicament has focussed attention a bit... it is ilogical to have sanctions for insolvency in some competitions but not others. Smirking_Saint Posted 24 February, 2010 Share Posted 24 February, 2010 True, how the PL get to have different regulations to the FL is beyond me, surely they would be better suited all working together ?? Hey ho, obviously those men in suits get to feel more important that way, and probably more importantly the PL get to do what they like.

Arty get over it! the score was 4-1 again, fairly predictable as there are two devisions between the sides, Maybe next season we will play each other in the same league, You still have an outside chance of making the playoffs, And don't forget you still have the Paint Pot finale,,,,So chin up arty an all that shyt A moosh! SOTONS EAST SIDE Posted 25 February, 2010 Share Posted 25 February, 2010 I'd say you'd be better off emailing the PL/FA asking them why they let a club knowingly continue to trade while obviously insolvent (proved twice). This is against their rules, as well as against the law!!!
