No, you wouldn't. It's in the public domain, on Youtube, where it actively seeks an audience. Also, TDD's thread title doesn't actually make any sense at all, in context, so I can't judge whether it's derogatory or not anyway.

And if you strip away the layers of how seemingly 'funny' this little guy is at first, I actually really, really respect him for being so bold (don't change that to 'bald') and gutsy to do something like this.

 

He's got progeria, I believe, which is an advanced ageing process, I think...

 

 

 

It's probably completely natural at first - even I stifled a guffaw but having said that you kinda realise it matters not what you look like - only that you are a good person.
