S-Clarke Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 pretty poor, we've got to learn to win these sort of games if we're going to do anything next season
SydneyRich Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Total crap....and whats up with Radio Solent? Total ****e.
BigShadow Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Normal service resumed - renewed hope quickly followed by disappointment. As it should be for Saints fans.
graveworm Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
obelisk Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Concentrate on the cup now then? Saints continue to be profligate in front of goal.
Poshie72 Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Not good enough. we should be winning these games
Um Bongo Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Not the best result. But LOL at the mongs on here.
Saint_Jonny Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 What a load of ****ing ****e. Couple of million quid vs 10pence and new out of non league. Give me ****ing strength.
Vershinin Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 If we dont learn to play against teams who sit back and who play on **** pitches, we are ****ed.
saint_bert Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Not good enough. Last chance saloon re playoffs with 65 gone why not go 3 up front?
Glasgow_Saint Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 12 wins in 30! Something needs to happen
View From The Top Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Not the best result. But LOL at the mongs on here. +1.
Liquidshokk Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Im shocked. I'll never get those 90 minutes back. How can this game be sooooo different from the last??!?! Under normal cicumstances a point away would be good but Wycombe?!?!? With our players?!?!?
rocknrollman no2 Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Very disappointing. Why cant we seem to win when we play on a rough pitch?
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Right what now? Kill ouselves? Sack Pardew? Blame Wotton?
Under Weststand Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Well that was a poor poor performance, no passion now spark, only 1 real chance created, & thankfully Davis kept us in it with three great saves. We really have to find a way to win on these types of pitches & against poor opposition like this.
Saint Without a Halo Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 No away wins aginst Wycombe Stockport and Exeter Play offs 19 points away now and receding! That is still 9 away without the minus 10!
lordswoodsaints Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 'time to act like the best team in the league'......my arse, what a load of old sh!t
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 As soon as we beat Norwich I thought we'll draw or lose at Wycombe. **** results like this have cost us a place in the play offs. Brentford, Exeter, Wycombe. That's 6 points lost. Not good enough!
whoateallthepies Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Someone please tell Pardew how to beat crap teams on crap pitches - soon.
T.REX Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Would have taken 4 points from these last two games, but not this way. Disappointed, these are the kind of games we need to win if we're gonna be champions next season.
Saints Mad Si Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 We have to learn how to beat these teams on this sort of evening, rain, sleet etc, bad pitch, cr*p opposition because its going to be exactly the same next year, and there wont be any excuses then, not that there is now! Up your game Saints.
camdijk Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Why do we seem to play well against the better sides, but not against the 'poorer' sides. Still, an away point is better than nothing.
John B Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 dissapointed. Yes you are right But if we had drawn with Norwich and Beaten Wycombe you probably would not be Four Points from two away games is not bad
PercyR Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 still unbeaten in 2010 league games but only just....
Window Cleaner Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 We can't play on bad pitches, don't ask me why, we just can't. Bad sides always drag us down to their level. Why? because without Morgan we hoooof from the kick-off.We have 1 valid midfielder and when he doesn't play we go route 1. Why will AP not play Gillett or Gobern, they just cannot be any worse than Antonio on a bad pitch or Wotton in any conditions. I really do think he needs to explain the Gillett situation to the public.
Toomer Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Not good enough. we should be winning these games Agree but before the Norwich game everyone would have settled for four points from the two away games!!!!!!!!!
LGTL Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 These mid-week away games are killing us, nothing's changed there then from previous years.
Saint_clark Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Wotton really made the difference for us. We were miles better after we brought him on.
nickfinks Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 oh dear.. 11th.. 19 pts from the playoffs...not great reading is it? keep the faith though eh http://www.sportinglife.com/football/live/tables/cc_league1.html
S-Clarke Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 Yes you are right But if we had drawn with Norwich and Beaten Wycombe you probably would not be Four Points from two away games is not bad you can't go posting with perspective on here john
del boy Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 A game of two halves both sh1t Well done Wycombe - beating Millwall and holding Saints in 4 days - when they're 2nd from bottom and with the worst goal diff in the league. Looks like Wembley glory and walk this league next year then.
Ludwig Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 + clean sheet - inconsistency Big players = good. Complacency = bad.
