Scummer Posted 23 February, 2010 Posted 23 February, 2010 I don't seem to be able to get onto the forum using Firefox, comes up with an error saying the connection was reset. I was wondering if work had blocked the site, but I can still get on using IE. Any ideas what the problem might be? It's Firefox 3.6 and IE6 if that makes any difference.

Scummer Posted 26 February, 2010 Author Posted 26 February, 2010 I'm still having this problem, and have just noticed the same thing happens for Digital Spy which appears to use the same software as this website.
stevegrant Posted 26 February, 2010 Posted 26 February, 2010 That's strange - is it possible your work have put in some sort of blocker that doesn't work for IE6, which is of course the root of all evil? Have you tried in any other browsers, such as Opera or Google Chrome?
RonManager Posted 26 February, 2010 Posted 26 February, 2010 I've just got my laptop back after major surgery and it now has the Firefox browser. I've just successfully connected to the forum. I agree with Steve, I think IE6 might be a bit out of date seeing as we're up to 8 now.
