JustMike Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 What kind of confirmation did people get sent when they bought online? an email with order details in it
Charlie Wayman Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 I went up to SMS at 7.30 this morning along with many other fans only to be told to bugger off as they weren't selling tickets from the windows only on-line which of course never effing works and isn't toady and you can't phone in 'cos that doesn'r effing work either etc, you know the rest. Why the EFF don't they tell us these things i plenty of time rather than changing arrangements at the last minute so Effing everyone about. I tell you there werte some might ****ed off fans up there and nobody told the BEEB either as they wee up there with us... Sort the Effing Mess out Saints for Eff's sake!!!
Tractor_Saint Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 What kind of confirmation did people get sent when they bought online? No email confirmation for me, just an order number and the confirmation page after successful payment on the website. I then print the page to a PDF file and save it on the computer as evidence of receipt.

StuRomseySaint Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 30 tickets purchased online. That was easy peasy in the end.

When I try and recover my password it won't work. Anyone help me??? ggrrrrr indeed and ggrrrr for the fone lines busy i have a similar problem that i have never used the online booking service, but i attempt to register with the number on my season ticket which the OS states is my customer number but it says that i am already registered, however when i try and retrieve my password it says the email i gave is wrong however this is the only email address i have used for the past 10 years. any idea where i a going wrong, tried calling the ticket office but get no answer
saintds Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Thanks mate. I've tried the "recover password" using my email address and customer number and it says they do not match. Complete ******. And I can't re register. I think Toomer is having the same problem as me I'm having this problem too. I'm pretty sure I've not registered before but the system tells me the cust no is already registered. Just tried it with my mate's cust no too and I know for a fact that he has never registered as he's too feckin lazy to sort tickets out. Same result.
RonManager Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Got mine no bother - £34 in blocks 132-5.
100%Red&White Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Just about to book tickets online, can you choose block and seats or is it just what they give you?
KK the 2nd Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Just blocks e.g. my tickets will be in blocks 227 to 231. I booked on the phone and they said indvidual seats would be allocated when the tickets were printed but the seats would be together.
Our Claus Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 I'm having this problem too. I'm pretty sure I've not registered before but the system tells me the cust no is already registered. Just tried it with my mate's cust no too and I know for a fact that he has never registered as he's too feckin lazy to sort tickets out. Same result. As best as I can tell, the problem is that there isn't a separate online sales registration, rather the online sales links directly in with SFC's main ticket database - ie the one the ticket office themselves use. This is the first time I've booked online, but I got in (using the retrieve password thing - I think I must have included my e-mail address along with my season ticket apps so its in their database), and all the tickets I've bought using my season ticket over the last 8 years or so were in the purchase history - despite all of them being bought in person at the ticket office. So i'm guessing that unless you put your e-mail in the contact details of your account when you bought your season ticket or whatever, then the only way you can get into the online system is by talking to the ticket office. That's my theory, anyway...
100%Red&White Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Just blocks e.g. my tickets will be in blocks 227 to 231. I booked on the phone and they said indvidual seats would be allocated when the tickets were printed but the seats would be together. Cheers. Was hoping you could at least choose 'upper' or 'lower' block as with SMS, don't want to get stuck to low down. Fingers crossed it is then.
Barry the Badger Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Just blocks e.g. my tickets will be in blocks 227 to 231. I booked on the phone and they said indvidual seats would be allocated when the tickets were printed but the seats would be together. How the hell did you get through?
RonManager Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Just about to book tickets online, can you choose block and seats or is it just what they give you? You can choose the block from a drop-down menu, but not seats yet. I presume the £34 seats are higher up than the £24 seats.

I posted this on here 6 days ago :- http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?p=615366#post615366 For those trying to use the Online system for the first time and are getting problems with email and passwords etc. I had a similar problem last week, i.e. it said I was already registered but the RECOVER password with the correct email address said they did not match. A trip to the Ticket Office was necessary to "ENABLE my account for Online use". I managed to get my tickets at 7:30 this morning.
KK the 2nd Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 How the hell did you get through? As above - on 01271 335708

StuRomseySaint Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Why are people panicking already? There is plenty of tickets. I will get mine during the week. Because the lower tier behind the goal will be full up by the end of today... it's not getting a ticket that people are worrying about, it is the choice of tickets available.
pressingon Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 As above - on 01271 335708 Many thanks worked for me
ulstersaint Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Many thanks worked for me And this ticket office number worked for me, to, after a long time on hold. The agent (Jo)was obviously under pressure but was very helpful and I got 2 tickets for Cat 1. She said Cat 1 are almost all gone. The 0800 2800 050 number is a nightmare this morning and I and couldn't book online as it would not recognise my (correct) email address.
MbaleSaint Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Can anyone advise how you can select concession price tickets online? It may be staring me in the face but I can't see it. Thank you.
Tractor_Saint Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Can anyone advise how you can select concession price tickets online? It may be staring me in the face but I can't see it. Thank you. I managed to book some senior and junior tickets online for block 140-144 if that's what you mean?
Toomer Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 As above - on 01271 335708 Got through on this number and booked.
MbaleSaint Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 I managed to book some senior and junior tickets online for block 140-144 if that's what you mean? Yes, that's what I mean. But how do you select the junior prices? It only shows the adult prices and doesn't seem to give me the option of selecting junior prices.
Ampersound Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Thanks for that other phone number :-) block231 5 tickets
Tractor_Saint Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Yes, that's what I mean. But how do you select the junior prices? It only shows the adult prices and doesn't seem to give me the option of selecting junior prices. When you click the 'Adult' ticket does it show you the Junior and Senior options? It did for me in block 140etc. If it's the price that isn't updating then there's an update button at the bottom and once you've chosen Junior you click that and it updates the prices again.

StuRomseySaint Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 What I would like to know is what happens if you book 30 online? I can't select on the order to have 3 rows of 10... I don't really want 1 long row of 30. Hmmmm
S41NTS Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 4 tickets booked online for 132-135. Que Sara Sara...
Shroppie Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Three tickets bought online (2 adult, 1 senior) in 2 minutes from start to finish. E-mail confirmation, no problems.

It was made clear on the OS that tickets would not be sold at the windows until they went on general sale. Not sure what some people's problems are. The only issue I had on line was that concessions didn't seem to be available in some blocks / price bands but change the block or price and they appeared. Very happy with my 4 tickets 2 adults 2 juniors and booking confirmation recieved via email so all fine and dandy and remember tickets are not being sent out for a few weeks just in case Dune starts going into one about 2nd class service/post.
Nineteen Canteen Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 Yes, that's what I mean. But how do you select the junior prices? It only shows the adult prices and doesn't seem to give me the option of selecting junior prices. I had the same issue ordering the £44 tickets in same blocks. No concessions but if you select same blocks with a ticket price of £34 you get your concessions in the drop down menu or try moving blocks which what I did in the end. Like SMS I expect some prime blocks are sold without concessions.
Hopkins Posted 22 February, 2010 Posted 22 February, 2010 on the 0800 number if im listening to music only, does that mean im in or do i need it to be ringing?
