Report on the ground. It's just started snowing heavy. Doesn't look like it will lay though.

Edit... It's starting to lay and getting heavier... Anyone who has been to Wycombe before will know when it snows... It's a nightmare, due to the hills.

Am 10 mins away and its not snowing here, but it is cold enough and raining a little

No, I thought that this morning as well. Plenty of fans probably don't even realise it's a localish game. I wouldn't have had much idea where Wycombe is.

I never cease to be amazed at the General Public.

Am up on the hill in Downley at the moment... So might be different down in the valley though... And it's just turned to sleet... So I will shut up with the weathe reports. :-(

I wonder if the lower demand than expected (ignoring the other factors like Wembley tickets etc) has something to do with not knowing where Wycombe is. I didn't and I travel up and down the country. Oh. Just me then.

It sounds northern.

I've only just looked how close it is myself after reading through this thread and am now royally ****ed off I didnt sort myself out with tickets!

Tickets are pay on the gate. You can still come if you wish.

Definitely the worst team to come to SMS so far IMO.

If we don't smash them we deserve to stay in this crappy league for another year.

did not realise they are 2nd from bottom

Look at where Tranmere are - remember when John Barnes was manager? They were bottom by about 6 points and had a -40 goal difference. He must really be sh*t.

Been bottom 3 or 4 all season - poor side, with a squad that cost zero, ziltch, nowt. l2 for them next year fo sho.

Should be a walk in the park tonight - they have lost heavy at home recently and another big defeat could hopefully be on the cards.

The lost 4-1 to Yeovil at home (4-0 away) recently and lost 5-2 at home to Brighton a few weeks back!

They did however (somehow) beat Millwall at home so this will give the 'happys' something to hold on to if the unthinkable did happen.

COYR we need (have) to win this.

This is what worries me TBH. Millwall have been on a really good run and would have expected to roll Wycombe over, in the same way we do. They have also got this keeper on loan that saved Harris's penalty on Saturday and he is a good penalty taker.

That said, Saints' should win. I've just got this nagging doubt.

I'm not sure that Millwall away and Millwall at home are one and the same team, excellent at the New Den, p*ss poor away from it. Some would say that they can only play on their home turf.

The Norwich win aside, we are still very much in a poor run of form.

Your nagging doubt probably isnt helped by the fact that we have failed to win 17 out of 29 league games (60% of league games this season we have failed to win)

I too have nagging doubts, but as ever I will remain positive.

Top of the form league (even after Saturday) 19 points from their last 8 games.

            Pld	W	D	L	F	A	GD	GFA	GAA PpG	Pts	Form
Millwall	8	6	1	1	10	3	7	1.25	0.37 2.37	19	lWWwWwDW

they've only won 3 away games all season, drawn 6 and lost 6, at home they've won 11,drawn 4 and lost just 1. It's nothing to do with the last 8 games

really.

Listening to Solent, someone has sent in a very good e-mail, citing that Wembley is a very good icing on the cake, but Saints must behave as if they can win every game from now on, until the end of the season.

Right on the tail-end, the mailer mentioned being offended by commentary from Fratton Park at the weekend, when there was a mention of Saints being thumped, the previous week. Saints may have lost 4-1, but they certainly weren't thumped. I could have sent that e-mail myself. :)
