You are kidding aren't you? Wembely and a chance of a trophy or Wycombe on a tuesday night ummmmm a tough desicion that one.

Personally I'm more enthusiastic (today) about going to Adams Park than I am to Wembley. I've been to the JPT games and I have found myself not really caring at all. It just feels so micky mouse to me. I'm sure come the day I will absolutely love it and look back at the Wycombe game and laugh at myself, but after Saturday the next league game is the most important game and I can't wait.

Morgan took a lot of knocks on Saturday, always does, expect it's just usual teamtalk bolleaux, like betting on Wotton to be first scorer at only 22/1. Must be about 22/1 for him to even get a game.

I wouldn't accept those odds for Paul Wotton `football genious' completing a pass.

Banana skin? This is where we need the right attitude and winning mentality that Pardew was harping on about for so long. Nice professional 2-0 would do very nicely. I agree about sticking to the same team if possible. Confidence should be high.

I do hope that Alpine's notion of pummelling them to dust happens

just bought 6 tickets with ease...?! i would have thought we would sell out for this as its a close game... anyway, i cant wait! 0-3 saints :D

Agreed about our support. Considering Wycombe is relatively close for an away game (not much over an hour by car) it seems strange that we're not selling this out. We took loads to MK Dons for the semi final a Tuesday night for what was in the grand scheme of things a pretty unimportant fixture.

If it was Reading away we'd take 2500+.

It was poor on Saturday too. Is it because some fans have given up on the play offs, or is it just that everyone's going Wembley crazy and has forgotten about the league?

What with Wycombe being desperate for points and needing to attack tomorrow this could easily be one of the most exciting games of the season, and it's only £18 and a quick hop up the M3 or A34.

I almost fell like finishing with a Delia style "let's be 'avin you". But that would be sad, so I won't.

We had two sell outs last week, one of which required you to link to another game, and tickets for Wembley have just gone on sale.

I for one can fully understand why we have had lower away attendances just recently.

2 tickets for Wycombe sorted, and 2 tickets for Wembley. Today has been a good day. Keep the same team please AP - Barnard to score again in a 3-1 win.

We will take about 1000 to Wycombe, P*mpey game, Wembley game and the linked games are reason enough for people not to bother.

If that wasn't reason enough then the tickets only being on sale since last week also doesnt help.

I am going... the old dears brother lives there so I am dropping her off there and off to the game with my Wycombe supporting cousins... although I will be sitting on my tod in the Saints end. :-(

I'm gonna be there but in the home fans with my Wycombe supporting house mate. Incidently, There's an article in this month's 442 magazine about the man who gives out the award for best groundsmen and he mentioned Wycombe were one of the best in recent years. Along with Saints too which is good to see. All about attitude now for these games, gonna go for 2-0 saints.

Don't know how to call this one. We were fairly woeful against them at home.

After an awful first half we only managed a 1-0 win, and they were the bottom side at the time. We really need to just grind them down and don't let them play their game of re-starts.

just had a nose at the wycombe forum. they said the pitch for tuesday will be a lot like wigans pitch yesterday, ie. (for anyone who didn't see) absolutely dreadful. To which somebody replied, "anything that will slow the saints down."

Assuming the Morgan injured story isn't just blowing smoke who do you think should replace him?

Wotton seems the obvious candidate but rather a negative replacement. What about Holmes down the left with Lallana coming inside?

Puncheon in the middle, Antonio wide right. Easy.

Although i'd rather put James in the middle and keep Puncheon wide, but I don't think James is fit?

What the grass roots of the game. I've actually rather enjoyed the lower league stuff this year, its been intresting to play new teams and down here there are no plastics (you know no ones a Tranmere or a Stockport fan for the glory) Plus we actually might win a trophy. Of course I say this in full expectation that we won't be down here after next season at the latest. Even the football hasn't been as bad as I thought.

Oh yeah 0-2 to the saints (Lambert and Harding) after a scrappy game on a cabbage patch pitch I reckon. Tomorrow will be one of those play bad still get the result type of games.;)

After Puncheon's rave reviews for the Norwich game I'd rather not move him from that wing. Lallana tends to drift inside anyway so...

I'd forgotten about James - I was also assuming he was injured. If he's fit I'd have him straight in for Morgan.

There will be at least me and Goalie66 there Stu, we'll buy you a Bovril... ;)

The pitch will be awful tomorrow mainly because Wycombe played at home on Saturday, Wasps rugby club played on it yesterday and its been hammering down with rain most of today and the same forecast tomorrow.

It will be a real battle tomorrow night as it will be similiar to Exeter & Brentford away. Hopefully with the excellent performance last Saturday the morale will be sky high.

I do the journey every week and I go M3 then A33 to M4 for 2 junctions then A404 into Wycombe. Sounds complicated but its very easy.

According to th OS teamtalk has got it right for once, better back Wotton to score at 22/1 then.Seaborne is out with a knee problem and Morgan has a sore knee,he's doubtful, which probably means he'll play though.Hope Jaidi can make the 2 games in 3 days this time because we'd have to play Perry otherwise and that will put us up sh*t street again from 60 minutes onwards.

Wigan aren't in a lower league though (although they should be with the level of support they can muster)

I think I will attend this one. I'm assuming I can pay on the gate?

Well I bought my ticket on-line this morning and then went to pick it up this afternoon at the ticket office only to be told I would have to get it at the Wycombe ticket office (it seems they sent it off in the post even though the match is tomorrow)! What a waste of blasted time and petrol that journey was.

Anyway, it would appear there are plenty of spare away tickets. If you need a lift Toadhall, PM me as I'm driving up on my own.

My better half and I are both finishing work early tomorrow and so have at this late stage decided to go... Can anyone confirm tickets will be available on the gate tomorrow night.

Definitely.

As I said above, I bought mine today with no problems but have been told to collect them at the Wycombe ticket office. It might mean nothing, but it would appear there are still seats are available. Best thing is to phone 1st thing in the morning I guess.

Thanks to yourself and Griffo ... Will phone tomorrow, but looks promising, see you lot there (hopefully)..

Should be straightforward, but also could be a real banana skin.

After a great performance Saturday, this looks relatively easy, but Norwich set out to play and Wycombe may well sit back.

Also Wycombe got a rare win on Saturday and that will have picked them up.

And I agree, the state of the pitch will be critical. Once it's hoofball, it's anyone's game.

Good point. Outplaying those who wants to play we have been quite good at, but playing deeper to lure out a defensive team and hit them on the break is not a skill I have seen us employ so far.

I spoke to the TO a couple of hours ago. There are about 600 tickets left and they have confirmed with Wycombe that they will be available on the gate.

Well on the away forum two people have said that between 4 and 500 have been sold..

TO told me 1300 sold at 2pm

1900-600=1300. Nice. Can't wait. New ground and hopefully a win that will start to get us all thinking there is an outside chance of a play off slot.
