pele Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 I can see that and it keeps reminding me of doughnuts! Jammy and juicy ones!
Arizona Posted 20 September, 2008 Author Posted 20 September, 2008 Think we need to work on our set pieces a bit. From Sky sports website: 58 - Caught by Kelvin Davis (Southampton) 57 - Southampton freekick taken by Andrew Surman
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 This has got 0-0 written all over it.

Saint Martini Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 Wotton seems to be playing a blinder. Great to have a CB that has a good pass, experience and a good physique (hows his pace?).

hutch Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 Seems Mills having a good game at FB, & Surman MUCH happier in midfield. Sounds like we're playing much better this half.
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 This.is.boring Where is the sexy football I'm used too?

Saint Billy Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 Hi Guys, sorry I'm late but I have been clearing out the garage of rubbish. Talking about rubbish, how are we doing?
ericofarabia Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 Window Cleaner said: Palarse are now 2 down, makes us 21st as things stand We are going to walk this league .... lol my last post ... what a waste  Thanks to Psycho for keeping me awake, you dare not pay attention in case we win a throw in and by the reaction you'd have thought we had scored Come on you Red and White Machine. Oooohh we nearly scored from a corner, whatever next. Adios Amigos. Just a lurker for the rest of the match.
Guest Hacienda Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 Some moron, well Adrian actually, said we didn't need Saga or Gregor as our two young strikers would easily score 20 goals each this season. How right he was.
Stu Man Do Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 Thorpe-le-Saint said: This has got 0-0 written all over it. lol this is Saints though so expect an 89th minute winner from John Macken who's just come on now :-( Sounds like we are playing quite well but maybe trying too hard to walk it into the net!

Any of you listening to the radio - anybody know how we are actually doing...?? Mark Dennis sounding excited quite often, we seem to have had a lot of chances, but lacking the final touch. Barnsley not really showing much as far as I can hear, KD has had nothing to do. But at the end of the day 0-0 against the Tykes is poor. A draw today and the home crowds will dwindle still further.
VectisSaint Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 By the way, the OS now unreachable in the UK as well. Hope someone at Verio Europe is working to get things back online...

Its not only the crowds that will dwindle - I fear more that the confidence will dwindle amongst some of our kids. A late winner today would be priceless in more ways than just 3 points, a late winner the other way could be a very significant point in our season as well...!
Saint Martini Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 pele said: Told you it would be 5 - 2! LOL:rolleyes: Btw, only 3 mins left for that Thomson hattrick.
dubai_phil Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 Oh dear, somebody should send these match threads to Rupert. never seen so much apathy on a match day. It can'y just be the fiver and the golf surely

offix Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 sounds like both teams deserve to be bottom of the league
Saint Martini Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 Mark Dennis about John: "He can hit the Onion bag". LOL

Saint Martini Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 Lallana straight at the Goallie. Again.

Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 20 September, 2008 Posted 20 September, 2008 Sounds like Lallana should have had a hatrick today.....Just missed a golden opportunity apparently.
