The 01271 number is ringing out and the 0800 is just playing crap music anyone got through on phones yet?

I've been on hold music to the 0800 for 10 minutes, wondering if this is normal? or whether someone should be telling you your in a queue and to be patient etc!!

 

I was ringing for 10 mins and kept getting the "all operators are busy" message, but on the 100th attempt I'm now just hearing the lift music, so I assume that I am in a queue??

 

I hope it is right for me to hang on rather than dial again??

Christ...was on hold for 5 mins listening to the music, then the "operators are busy" message came on and they cut me off.

On the 01271 number now been ringing for 4.30 wondering if anyone will ever pick up!

 

Let it ring. Each process of tickets takes a few minutes as their system is slow due to the large number of calls & when you do get through - address/card number etc does take a few minutes. But if you get the ring tone - hold on!

Stay on the line! I was holding for a bit longer than you, and just got off the phone with 2 tickets.

My company has four seats/packages on a corporate debenture basis at Club Wembley for the main sports events. The JTP final is not one of the events. Therefore you are right you just call up, quote the membership number and they sell you the tickets but only for the seats you have (in this case four).

 

No, you can book more than your usually club wembley membership allocation...(but only over the phone - the online club wembley system only let's you book up to your allocated number of seats)

so you could still buy more seats at the saints end of club Wembley and sell them on to other fans face value?

just a suggestion for some on here who might miss out on a ticket

I wish you lot would get off the line. I'm trying to phone the TO to find out what's happened to my Leeds ticket that I ordered a week ago.

 

What do you do if your missing doesn't arrive in the post, can you get a replacement before the game?

I usually have no problem, just quote the booking number to the ticket office

what is the point of that if they cannot be sold on to saints anyway?

Why won't Wembley release the club member allocation within the Saints area's say with a week to go, cant see the problem with that. Can't see too many of the club Wembley members wanting tickets for this. This would surely mean another few thousand Saints get in & no big space halfway through the Saints contingent?

it is a good point.

perhaps those on here who have tickets through club wembley could confirm if there was a deadline by which tickets had to be purchased.

it would make sense if any unsold through the club wembley membership at the end of this week went onto public sale.

Just bought 8 via the website even though I've already got 2 as a season ticket holder. Most strange...

I eventually got through on the 01271 number after 1 1/2 hrs and was not allowed an extra ticket as I had already claimed my 2 from my ST.

BOOOO. Lucky you though.

Carlisle have an allocation of 24k not 26k as you said and have only sold 19k of them and sales are trickling off now. Saints 44k. Unlikely many neutrals will be interested. Certainly no where near the 10k you guessed.

 

I am a man of principle so here we go again......

 

Firstly - Read the first quote by me on this. If you have actually already done that, then you clearly don't understand that "IF" is used in a hypothetical sense.

 

Secondly - Club Wembley have almost 15k seats. As the JPT is not a listed event, Club Wembley members have first refusal on them. That process has passed and as clearly evident on this forum, Saints fans are wrapping up quite a few club wembley tickets. So unlike your assumption that club wembley is for "Neutrals" only, I think you will find quite a lot of Saints fans on that level, along with no doubt some Carlisle fans and indeed, some neutrals.

 

Thirdly your quote of 20k empty seats is largely in line with what I originally said which was "there won't be 25k empty seats for segregation!!!"

 

Hopefully this has put your tiresome arguement in which you were trying to point out that I was wrong to rest and in the end, you have agree'd somewhat with me that there won't be 25k empty seats! :rolleyes:

it's a nice thought but I know my boss would be very wary about doing this because IF there was any trouble then he may end up losing his membership. I'm not suggesting anyone on here would fall into that bracket but it would still be a risk. Also, I think club wembley would frown upon it in principle, rightly or wrongly.

Done correctly there wouldn't be any link between members who forfeited their right to buy a ticket and their seat going on sale (as opposed to those CW members who bought one as an option on their membership and then sold them on who take the risk anyway).

far too late, mine arrive this morning!

 

There's little justifiable grounds in Carlisle preventing "Saints fans" who choose to sit with the opposition rather than their own fans when the Saints tickets aren't sold out. The alternative is heavily restricting Carlisle sales which would be detrimental to them for numerous reasons.

Did anyone put in a postal application and a phone application and end up with duplicates? If so thats why they would have sold out quicker!

 

Maybe, I think there are going to be a few surprises when tickets start hitting doormats and withdrawals start hitting bank accounts.

Correct, Carlisle have what 7000 fans? they're not going to suddenly produce

18000 ultra violent uber fans overnight are they;For them this is a wives and kids jolly,so the "trouble" aspect of it is probably entirely negligible.

?? The money was taken out of my bank account on 25th Feb - three days after I bought the tickets.
