Saint in Paradise Posted 13 February, 2010 Posted 13 February, 2010 Well on Sky and ESPN here in NZ they show lots of live PL games and that's it. Non PL teams might as well not exist.:mad: Oh yes and Spanish and Italian teams and worst of all blokes playing that girls game netball or basketball or something with a similar name
Saint in Oz Posted 13 February, 2010 Posted 13 February, 2010 Is it working chap...Seriously I will full on wet myself with excitement if I could get this working here in Bondi. Really was looking forward to checking out Star City until I found out that Chelsea v Cardiff was game of choice. Just downloaded it works for me!!! Wish I'd known about this before
tpbury Posted 13 February, 2010 Posted 13 February, 2010 Hey tpbury, what channel are you watching it on up in Queensland? I've checked ESPN and ESPN HD and I can't see it listed on either. Do you get more channels than us Sydneysiders? No mate, not watching TV, just hoping that a P2p site will be working and that my lame mobile broadband can do the business!
tpbury Posted 13 February, 2010 Posted 13 February, 2010 Just downloaded it works for me!!! Wish I'd known about this before Well I'm downloading it now - any danger that sports events will be excluded?
Cascadia Saint Posted 13 February, 2010 Posted 13 February, 2010 I will be watching it on fox soccer channel here in Portland, just need to decide whether to watch it live at 4.30am or dvr it and watch it at a civilized hour having first got myself battered sausage and chips from the amazing Scottish chippy food cart here.. Decisions, decisions.... COYR!!!!!
sydney_saint Posted 13 February, 2010 Posted 13 February, 2010 Looks like I will be watching on computer like all the other Aussie saints. Setanta- what is the point of that channel- just give all games to sbs, fossie knows about the true romance of the fa cup. Are there any fans living in newcastle (Aus) anyway? (yes my username is out of date) Being living here for a year now and yet to meet a single saints fan
saintdownunder Posted 13 February, 2010 Posted 13 February, 2010 There`s a few of us in Melbourne for some strange reason. COYR

ART Posted 13 February, 2010 Posted 13 February, 2010 Highly recommend downloading and installing StreamTorrents Player at the following link http://www.multiupload.com/4GWGIC45YN Two minute install and then go to MyP2P at the link given by .comsaint ( bless him ) ESPN Taiwan is already streaming a beautiful connection but there are other smaller bitrate streams to use with StreamTorrent Player. Here is the ESPN stream to use once you've installed StreamTorrent Player Copy and paste in your browser and the stream will open up.. Patience for a minute till it buffers and loads [/url] st://A1ECgpwEdUkDSQaCoAHIgBa7prnh5fuVgzY7I95TbyaqjBcQRQBTAFAATgAoAPBTfm4pAIphCUVTUE4gKFRXKYpBB2RlZmF1bHSMogRTT7KA

saintdavey Posted 13 February, 2010 Posted 13 February, 2010 Singapore is home to brand football, everyone supports liverpool, chelsea, arsenal or man u. I gave up a long time ago trying to find a decent place for games, I am panicking for june as Singapore currently hasn't signed a deal for the World Cup rights, fifa want $100m from tiny singapore, its a fecking joke. Think a visit to phuket for the games, 1hr away on the plane. I know somewhere that's showing the game, just need to finish reunion dinner and rush down to the bar!
suewhistle Posted 13 February, 2010 Author Posted 13 February, 2010 Well, local bar showed the game in the end. Had to explain that we were the 3rd division team with the 30K+ crowds. Am now slightly ahem relaxed and on a roll. Think I'll either go for a snooze or down to the cellar for a bottle...
doubleonothing Posted 13 February, 2010 Posted 13 February, 2010 Only got to the bar just after kick off as I was working untill 0830 (LT) to be told they couldn't get it so went up the road to trya sports bar. It was closed. Headed back to the Boatyard and spoke to the manager who managed to find it just in time for the end of the first half. Bizzare adverts kept popping up at the bottom of the screen which I can only assume is the American influence!
