Well on Sky and ESPN here in NZ they show lots of live PL games and that's it. Non PL teams

might as well not exist. :mad::mad:

 

Oh yes and Spanish and Italian teams and worst of all blokes playing that girls game

Really was looking forward to checking out Star City until I found out that Chelsea v Cardiff was game of choice.

Hey tpbury, what channel are you watching it on up in Queensland? I've checked ESPN and ESPN HD and I can't see it listed on either. Do you get more channels than us Sydneysiders?

I will be watching it on fox soccer channel here in Portland, just need to decide whether to watch it live at 4.30am or dvr it and watch it at a civilized hour having first got myself battered sausage and chips from the amazing Scottish chippy food cart here..

Singapore is home to brand football, everyone supports liverpool, chelsea, arsenal or man u. I gave up a long time ago trying to find a decent place for games, I am panicking for june as Singapore currently hasn't signed a deal for the World Cup rights, fifa want $100m from tiny singapore, its a fecking joke. Think a visit to phuket for the games, 1hr away on the plane.

 

I know somewhere that's showing the game, just need to finish reunion dinner and rush down to the bar!

Well, local bar showed the game in the end. Had to explain that we were the 3rd division team with the 30K+ crowds. Am now slightly ahem relaxed and on a roll. Think I'll either go for a snooze or down to the cellar for a bottle...

Only got to the bar just after kick off as I was working untill 0830 (LT) to be told they couldn't get it so went up the road to trya sports bar. It was closed. Headed back to the Boatyard and spoke to the manager who managed to find it just in time for the end of the first half. Bizzare adverts kept popping up at the bottom of the screen which I can only assume is the American influence!
