he has been charged with improper conduct according to bbc website. but i dont think the hearings for managers get heard as quickly as they do for players

Portsmouth manager Avram Grant has been charged with improper conduct.

The charge relates to Grant’s behaviour towards referee Kevin Friend at the conclusion of the first half of Portsmouth’s match against Sunderland at Fratton Park on 9 February.

 

Grant has until 6pm on 18 February to admit or deny the charge. A Regulatory Commission will hear the charge by or before 5 March.
