MK Dons Build Up Thread - It's a sell-out, folks!

Sell out, blimey. Looking forward to tonight. Sing up guys, we'll not have a better chance of getting to Wembley and potentially winning for a very long time. (Assuming we miss the play-offs this season and go up automatically next! Touch Wood)

I'm fairly nervous about tonight, as has been said we're Saints and we don't do things easy, but fingers crossed we have enough quality to get through.

Obviously I'd take a draw, it's a better result tonight than any normal league draw! I'm making the trip on my own tonight for the first time, give me something to cheer on my solitary drive home!

Quite suprised it's a sell out actually, but I suppose JCLs will all want tickets for the final (should we get there). Speaking of which it will be interesting how the club allocate the ticket sale IF we get to Wembley.

Come on Saints, do us proud tonight!

I have a ticket and im not even going

Yeah but I wouldn't call you a JCL TDD, it's people who haven't cared about the JPT/League all season but when there is a whiff of success around the corner, out the woodwork they come!

Just about to leave for the game, and to be honest i've got a few nerves about the whole thing. I know people have called it a Mickey Mouse cup etc etc but none of that matters to me,we've been through some real **** in the past few seasons, two relegations, administration, missing out on the play off final by the skin of our teeth in the 06-07 season, they have all been ****e experiences and all of us, EVERYONE, who supports Saints deserves a bit of joy, a chance to forget all the crap we've been through and have a bit of a day out at Wembley.

Yes i'd rather we were top of league right now but **** it, lets make do with what we've got, sing our hearts out tonight, and roar the team on to Wembley.

COYR!!!

I'm worried about this game.

We've been poor the last couple of games

We on here are ****y and over confident

Jeez, haven't we learnt ANYTHING over the years. The fans, AP's selection and the players have to be on top form tomorrow, anything less and we could be looking like total pratts.

We SHOULD win this, we WANT to win this, but the players and fans have to go with the right mental attitude because we could very easily lose it.

Got to agree with this DB, our form seems to be slipping and they are well capable of turning us over. Too many on here think it is a done deal.

Hopefully AP can get stuck into them and make them up their performance, if they turn up playing like they have in the last couple of league games we can say goodbye to Wembly.

SH1T!!!! I wasn't nervous atall until I started reading this thread!!!

Saints of the past would quite easily screw this up. Now AP has assembled this team, I reckon the whole squad will be aching to get to Wembley - it should mean more to them in their careers than ANYTHING else, such is the history of the place. So tonight I expect nothing more than utter 110% effort from every man on the pitch. I just hope the officials are good, because I reckon Ince will tell his team to intimidate and hack away at our players - attempt to get a player sent off - that kind of thing to swing things in their favour. It could get ugly.

We MUST close the Dons down from the 1st minute until the last all over the pitch. Don't let them play - don't give them time on the ball. Control the tempo. Switch between hoofball to Lambo and passing game to feet. We CAN do this! COYR!!!!

PS: I REALLY hope all the extra plastics at the game today make some F-ing noise.

that has got to be our strongest side with our squad with maybe the exception of barnard up front - thank f**k he has dropped james - I had the feeling he was the next Jermaine wright constantly in the team at the expense of better players

Less nervous now I've seen the team, very attacking & solid at the same time. Lets hope we don't do it the normal Saints way, would be nice to just cruise to easy victory! but guess we will be nail biting by injury time. :D Gone for 2-1

Carlisle go 1-0 up tonight 3-1 on agg

Carlisle 1 Leeds 0 (3-1 agg)

Maybe 60,000 tickets for us then (should we win). It'd be a something brag about should we take the record following at Wembley.
