Funny you should mention Goat Semen (to give it it's proper name). I read some research a couple of years ago about some scientists who were trialling it as a 'cure' for MS. I cans't remeber if you rubbed it in our drank it, but the initial results were apparently quite positive.

 

I was considering donating myself for the placebo trials.
