Hatch Posted 8 February, 2010 Posted 8 February, 2010 So, we can put them into administration after the game, not before? Can we do it during the game, if we are losing 2-0 with 10 minutes to go?

Eaststander Posted 8 February, 2010 Posted 8 February, 2010 a) this is clearly "liberal truth" journalism, with no named source. b) have you ever met a successful businessman/millionaire who made money by giving it away? This a business not a charity. ML is investing looking for a (long term) return, hence the 5/3 year plan. He wants a payback on his investment. There is no sentiment when it comes to business, and there is no sentiment for the p!55 poor business management that has occurred down the road. I doubt we we would need/want to get invloved in winding up proceedings, we have merely to protect our assets by registering as a creditor if needs be, and get on with running our club. They are clearly capable of c*cking things up for themselves. FWIW I don't think there will be a final decision this week due to the uncertainty of the ownership. More stalling tactics from desperate men, with now where to go.
