dannysfc Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 I have just spent nearly 45-60 Mins booking tickets for the MK Dons n Pompey Games and it has just taken me the above time booking them and sometimes these things quite frustrate me but there we go! Sorry for telling you all this but I just had to let it out! All I can say now for both games is Bring It On ! Come On Saints!

You really should have your credit card and customer number to hand when making such calls

LostBoys Posted 3 February, 2010 Posted 3 February, 2010 In my accounts (for 2 season Tickets) it worked on 1 and I bought my seat but it would not appear on the other - cue unanswered phone calls then the seat appeared on the second account. Never mind.

Jez Posted 3 February, 2010 Posted 3 February, 2010 Phoned up yesterday morning about 9.30 for MK Dons tickets, got through in less than 10 mins, the call was sorted in another 5, they found me easily on the database only via my full name as didn't have a customer number, and also gave the person I was going with a customer number, so will make it very easy buying tickets for the Pompey game now. Very happy with that service.

The system just selects the next available in the half-block requested. One of the main complaints people raised in the recent request for feedback.

Saint Malc Posted 3 February, 2010 Posted 3 February, 2010 I have 4 season tickets, one for me and 3 for the rest of the family. I bought the three family half season tickets in early December. After an hour on the phone yesterday they told me I couldn't have my two season tickets in block 8 as they were purchased at the same time as the season ticket in block 42 as they were linked and, as such, unavailable. Pathetic :-(

Yes you can, go to My Account and select Cup Match and Season Renewals. It's not that obvious, granted, but that's how you do it. Yes but non ST holders are being told that we can not use that facility, even though I use it to book all my other tickets AND the selection for the Skate tickets is there!

Which I think I a good thing and am quite happy to wait!
