Does anyone know how many games we have won in a row at home in :-

a) All compitition

b) League

We have won 7 on the spin in the last 7 home games, and 4 on the spin for home league home games.

Just wondered if anyone knew before I started looking in depth.

I know we have won 6 on the spin in the league on two occassions home and away, and I think this will be beaten this season and if not next.

But this is for this season only.

The best we have done this season is below

Home wins in a row 7 (All Comp)

League home wins in a row 4.

does anyone know our all time record for these winning streaks?

Oh, OK - but you didn't make that clear in your original post.

Yes I do, but I am suprised that no one knows? I have tried to look online but cannot find this information. Right I will have to go cover to cover of 'In that number'

I will get back to you.

I have never checked it out personally but I was told that our longest winning run in league games ,since the club was founded,is only 5 .That is home and away.

I was also told that it is lowest number of sequential wins for any English club. Be interested to hear anybody else's thought on this.

Think we did six consecutive wins under Branfoot? Hard to believe isn't it?

We have won 6 in a row home and away in the league. I would like to think that we have won more home league games in a row than that?

I will be looking 'On the March' this weekend.

The 6 in a row home and away has happened twice in our history!!
