NickG Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 Don't think he would be first 11 for us, when all fit.
doughnutman Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 Don't think he would be first 11 for us, when all fit. I disagree, could he have not done the Wotton role very well?
doughnutman Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 when all fit. I believe when we had our first good period of form that all the players were fit and Wotton was among them
NickG Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 I was thinking more that he came here as CB and couldn't see him be needed with Fonte, Jaidi, Seaborne, Perry, Thomas etc. Midfield would still see Hammond, Schneiderlin, Puncheon, Lallana, etc etc ahead of him.
Legod Third Coming Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 Believe it or not I am sat here in the office with one of his school friends, aged 20 and blonde
Saint Garrett Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 I think he'd struggle to get in our team now, I can't see him dislodging anyone else....maybe play at RB ?
Danny Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 Jack Cork would walk into our team, I must say. That's why he is on loan at a Premier League side and not at a League One or Championship club.

jam Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 He got into the team ahead of Wotton last year, so I guess he could still manage it. Him in a five with Morgan and Hammond would be interesting.
Lets B Avenue Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 Believe it or not I am sat here in the office with one of his school friends, aged 20 and blonde What's his name?
Dark Munster Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 What's his name? http://englishplus.com/grammar/00000275.htm
saint_stevo Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 Cork is better than all our CB's and could give Wotton a lesson in passing/tackling IMO
NickG Posted 1 February, 2010 Posted 1 February, 2010 Cork is better than all our CB's and could give Wotton a lesson in passing/tackling IMO Would rate him, from seeing him numerous times for us, and Fonte only a handful, as miles behind Fonte. Not as good a Jaidi. Too early to say compared to Seaborne but not as strong. Not as good as either Perry or Thomas - although better ball player. At defensive midfielder would be better than Wooton, probably, but wouldn't see him as improvement over Hammond or Morgan. Decent player and hopefully will have good career ahead of him at higher level.
