In light of the gagging order being lifted by the high courts does this mean that the newspapers can print the stories of the Prem manager who vists Locks Heath a lot???????

Yes. There is only one gagging order which prevents anything being said about anyone on any topic. As it has been lifted, the press now have the right to print anything.
