saintchris23 Posted 31 January, 2010 Posted 31 January, 2010 I'm there. Block 2, Row AA, Seat 23. No need for the replay as we'll get hammered because they're a classy Prem team.........WHO AM I KIDDING?!?! Night night all.
SaintJackoInHurworth Posted 31 January, 2010 Posted 31 January, 2010 always paid cash. i'm buggered ain't i Not if you buy a ticket for the Hartlepool game with a credit card. That will get you onto the database and tickets for that can be bought now. Then, when you have done that you can go and buy a ticket for the Walsall game from Wednesday onwards and get your ticket for the Pompey game at the same time. Simple!
Dark Munster Posted 31 January, 2010 Posted 31 January, 2010 The question should be.... will PFC be there?
dubai_phil Posted 31 January, 2010 Posted 31 January, 2010 Nope. I blame the team for not killing off MKD in the first leg. I've got enough airmiles for one trip back at the moment. An airmiles ticket costs about 100 quid in taxes, and in January there were deals in on-line sales to buy tickets for 220 quid for JPT weekend. If we'd finished them off could have bought the cheapie and had the airmiles in reserve, but oh no we get a stupid sending off and hold on for a 0-1, being a confident fan for the Home leg is one thing, blowing all your airmiles on a non-refundable ticket when it is one possible mistake away from not happening is a totally different equation! (Specially with Glastonbury looming if JPT final doesn't happen!) The JPT & Skate game weekend tickets are now around 600 quid so no way to blow that much on a game unfortunately, so I now just have to hope we don't feck up the home leg. Anyway, would be stupid to buy a flight ticket for the Skate game. They won't be turning up anyway and have never seen a refund clause on travel insurance that covers "cancellation due to injuries sustained while laughing too much"
Charlie2008 Posted 31 January, 2010 Posted 31 January, 2010 FFS: would love to be there but unlikely to get tickets and working (as always!). Would be cool to go re:eldest son's 16th (which is imminent), a true saint in exile, but never mind.
amigo1 Posted 31 January, 2010 Posted 31 January, 2010 this deserves a thread of its own but i cant start them. yesterday after the game i went for a pint in the royal oak and guess what about 10 skates from the isle of wight were in there. i can only guess that they had been to the game to get on the data base so they could get skate tickets. if someone can cut and paste this as a thread i think i deserves one

So, can this be done online, or do we have to go to the ticket office? I thought it could not be done online. Might save me a trip down on Wednesday if I can do this online.
Dibden Purlieu Saint Posted 31 January, 2010 Posted 31 January, 2010 So its Saints verses that lot down the road - will you be there or will you be sat looking at a pc? More important will you be there if its a draw? Bout time we put them in there place. If I can get a ticket then yes. Will be coming back to Southampton to watch it anyway, just to take in the atmosphere. Can't wait!
saint lard Posted 31 January, 2010 Posted 31 January, 2010 It is not great living in Gosport at the best of times, but things are going to get a lot more uncomfortable for me i think. Eveyone i work with is a skate, everyone one in my local is a skate. Just getting back into Gosport after the game is going to be a excerise in stealth. If we win,i will be on the phone to my work colleagues and straight down my local.... If we lose i will take a self imposed sabatical from work and be getting my beer from Asda.

pilsburydoughboy Posted 31 January, 2010 Posted 31 January, 2010 Tickets in the bag yesterday.Block four for me
