Quick question,

it is confirmed that the kick off for the match will be on saturday 13th at 3pm?

is there a chance it could be moved to an evening/sunday kick off for TV reasons or is 3pm on the 13th confirmed?

There is a 100% chance that it won't be a 3pm Saturday KO IMHO.

Either the TV and/or The Police will see to that. 1200 Sat or Sun is more likely.:(

It is supposed to be announced tomorrow what games are on tv. As everyone else has said would expect that we will be sunday early afternoon. So 12.30/1.30 ish

No way will they allow the game to kick-off after the pubs have opened. Expect 12.00pm on Sunday or earlier and 11.00am on Saturday.

Spoons will be open from 9 anyway. I also saw a thing on Facebook earlier with wahoo (who took over walkabout) offering any Saints fans with a ticket £1.99 a pint.

So Standing Order for 9 for breaky & then next door for a few cheap pints!

That sounds about right.

Judge Jules is in Bliss the night before as well, should be a quality weekend.

It says "from £1.99 a pint"

No excuse not to get p*ssed up whatever time the game starts, have a few at home or on the train or get some special brew and drink it in the park.

When they make games early to stop people drinking it makes me twice as determined to ****ted before the game.

The first game at Millwall was a pretty special effort.

Bliss must be the worst club he's ever played in!

Yeah probably, no idea how they managed to book him there.

I'm not really a big fan of his and pretty bored of that sort of music but it's got to be done when it's so close to home.

cant see it being any thing other than a midday (or near enough) kick off..

what was the time of kick off last time we played in the cup..?

1230hrs from memory on a Saturday.

I think 90% chance it will be that, if ITV are stupid enough to not pick us for a live game then maybe even earlier.

would be funny if ITV get us for a 1730 kick off...

cant see the police allowing that....

Would be immense, the police wouldn't even want us playing at three let alone the late kick off.

The televised game from Saturday was 12.45, I can see it being the same again. Pretty sure the last time we played them at home (when Blackstock got the winner) that it was played at this time.

They could kick off at 7am for all I care, I'll still be on the beers before hand!

Absolutely spot on mate. :p

Luckily for us, even a midday KO will be 1600 out here, just hoping it will a Sunday match ... I'm working nights on the Saturday

Can you lot stop talking about early morning ****-ups please? I'm still off the booze, so I'm going to have to watch it sober!!! :-O

I would prefer Sunday if it's going to be lunchtime, only for the fact it means I don't need to change my staffing schedules for that week. If I wasn't due to be working Saturday lunchtime, I wouldn't be worried!

So when do the dozy oiks at the TV companies finally get their arses into gear and decide which games and when they are going to cover.

I'd imagine talks with the police are holding it up. The 4th round TV games were sorted out and announced by 10:30am on the Tuesday after the 3rd round.

Probably because there's extra police leave demands for Valentine's Day.;)

It wont matter how many have got Valentines day off, they will cancel all rest days and leave whichever day the game gets played. Thats standard practise for any big match.

Bet the OB are praying for a Sunday 14th KO, extra overtime and an excuse for not taking the missus out for an expensive evening :p

Are you assuming the Police aren't going to stop all nearby pubs from opening?

Most pubs will be shut I would imagine, including all City Centre pubs... only ones off the beaten track will be open.

Says nothing on the ITV football site or the FA site. Also noticed they only anounced what 4th round replays would be on ITV yesterday. Might be a day or two before we know for sure.
