sadoldgit Posted 25 January, 2010 Share Posted 25 January, 2010 Amazing. I thought he was very silly, you can't put your hands in someone's face no matter what the provocation. What a result!
SamKimish Posted 25 January, 2010 Share Posted 25 January, 2010 Claim made that the standard punishment is clearly excessive So the ban was recinded because we stated that the a 3 game ban for a red card is too long? Or am I reading that wrong?
Wildgoose Posted 25 January, 2010 Share Posted 25 January, 2010 I'm absolutely astounded by this outcome. Someone from inside tipped us off I reckon! That's what I was thinking. We must have run our chances past someone first I reckon...... but a brilliant surprise!!!!
Whitey Grandad Posted 25 January, 2010 Share Posted 25 January, 2010 So the ban was recinded because we stated that the a 3 game ban for a red card is too long? Or am I reading that wrong? I think it suggests that the punishment did not fit the crime. A one match ban is the same as two yellows. I suspect that the assessor's report may have had a bearng on the outcome.
