deadpanmatt Posted 19 January, 2010 Posted 19 January, 2010 Anyone know the reason why the online sales system won't let me buy tickets for this game? I am not a season ticket holder, but I can't see any reason why I can't buy the tickets.
Pip Posted 19 January, 2010 Posted 19 January, 2010 Are you trying to buy more than one? It looks like they're only one per supporter until 1 Feb.
Saint_clark Posted 19 January, 2010 Posted 19 January, 2010 I honestly haven't seen anything about ticket prices for this game.
deadpanmatt Posted 19 January, 2010 Author Posted 19 January, 2010 Well that blows. How are we meant to get tickets sat next to each other?
Saint_clark Posted 19 January, 2010 Posted 19 January, 2010 Well that blows. How are we meant to get tickets sat next to each other? Wait until february the first, or buy them separately but at the same time.
deadpanmatt Posted 19 January, 2010 Author Posted 19 January, 2010 Wait until february the first, or buy them separately but at the same time. Genius.
Whitey Grandad Posted 19 January, 2010 Posted 19 January, 2010 I honestly haven't seen anything about ticket prices for this game. It's not easy, is it? http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/TicketNews/0,,10280~1915680,00.html Why can't there just be a list of fixtures with a link alongside each that takes you to the ticket details?
Tractor_Saint Posted 19 January, 2010 Posted 19 January, 2010 (edited) Phoned up to book tickets for the match today (as you can't specify your season ticket seats still on what the club touts as an 'online booking system'). Got told that my season ticket seat had already been taken which I was surprised about as I thought I had some more time to buy that seat before it was opened up, then I was told that the tickets were £20 each and I was too late to get ST prices Was rather vocal about it - the fact that I didn't think that tickets were on general sale and hadn't seen any advertising about dates etc. In the end got them for £16 each but not overly happy with the ticket office this time around - they are usually pretty good. PS I will be giving the evils to the person that has booked my ST seat - and it's a single person as well as the seat next to it is available - grrrr Edited 19 January, 2010 by Tractor_Saint
deadpanmatt Posted 19 January, 2010 Author Posted 19 January, 2010 Cheers, couldn't see that news item when I looked.
RonManager Posted 19 January, 2010 Posted 19 January, 2010 Cheers, couldn't see that news item when I looked. I had the same problem. It showed up in the Cup match section in 'My Account' but nothing happened when I clicked on it. I emailed the ticket office and it was sorted within an hour of sending the email.
Mewsta Posted 19 January, 2010 Posted 19 January, 2010 Anyone know what colour we're playing in tomorrow?
Dog Posted 19 January, 2010 Posted 19 January, 2010 Anyone know what colour we're playing in tomorrow? Blue & Yellow, as MK play in white.
marc_saint Posted 19 January, 2010 Posted 19 January, 2010 went on general sale (to people on the database) yesterday. One ticket per customer number
boxosponge Posted 19 January, 2010 Posted 19 January, 2010 Anyone know the reason why the online sales system won't let me buy tickets for this game? I am not a season ticket holder, but I can't see any reason why I can't buy the tickets. Just bought mine with on line with no problem. Block 30 Row FF:smt081 I could have had two next to each other (Row LL) if I'd wanted
Mewsta Posted 20 January, 2010 Posted 20 January, 2010 Blue & Yellow, as MK play in white. Cheers Dog!
Saint_clark Posted 20 January, 2010 Posted 20 January, 2010 OK, does anyone know for DEFINITE if away goals count? Football Manager reckons they do, but I can't find a link anywhere that says they do.
The Incongruous Monk Posted 20 January, 2010 Posted 20 January, 2010 Was rather vocal about it - the fact that I didn't think that tickets were on general sale and hadn't seen any advertising about dates etc. In the end got them for £16 each but not overly happy with the ticket office this time around - they are usually pretty good. In fairness the ticket details have been on the website since a week or two after the draw. They've been on "restricted" general sale since Monday. That said, the website sucks and trying to find anything is a pain. Handing the site over to premiumtv was the worst decision ever. The sooner we bring it back "in house" the better, in fact, if Nicola wants to give me a call I'm sure we can sort it for him. :-)
brianoneils slidingtackle Posted 20 January, 2010 Posted 20 January, 2010 what the feeling on the attendance for this, possibly 25 - 26K ??? I doubt that MK Dons will bring many even if they have a good chance

brianoneils slidingtackle Posted 20 January, 2010 Posted 20 January, 2010 I'd be very surprised if we don't get near 30k to be honest. I suppose it depends on tonights result though..

Whitey Grandad Posted 20 January, 2010 Posted 20 January, 2010 This is where it should be: http://www.football-league.co.uk/page/JPTRulesAndRegulations/ 'coming soon....'

I hope to be there, although it's touch and go with work.
Ken Tone Posted 20 January, 2010 Posted 20 January, 2010 I'd be very surprised if we don't get near 30k to be honest. Not so sure. The 7pm kick off makes it very diffficult for people like me to get there after work. When I got the FA cup tickets I said as much to the ticket office, and the bloke replied , 'lots of people have said that'. I thought the 7pm k.o. in the earlier rounds was to encourage kids to take up tickets in what would otherwise be a low crowd, but now it seems it is more to do with TV. Do we know yet whether the home leg is on TV btw? K.
Yate Saint Posted 20 January, 2010 Posted 20 January, 2010 The 7pm kick off is a bit tricky for me. I bought my ticket last night and tried to be crafty and get 2 but it wouldn't let me. Traffic would be the problem for me to get there for 7pm kick off and i might have to go on me own :-( I don't think it is on Sky as of yet either. Still, the crowd should be a good one as you should be guranteed a final ticket (if we win) if you get one for this game.

Think I'm going to have to rely on being a ST holder to get my final ticket (if needed!). 7pm is just too early for me .. just made it for the last round, but it was touch and go, and with the official parks being all to pot, it was not a pleasant experience. Hate getting into the ground after the game has started. k.
