Yes, Andrew has been helped to gain a lot of independence over the last few years and is supported to get his tickets and book the coaches etc. It was the simple fact that he was not allowed to go to where the coaches were parked that caused the problem.

 

I remember having a similiar experience a few years ago at Brighton where we were herded to the station and I couldn't persuade anyone I had come by car and nearly ended up on the train.
