I was wondering ..did Jose Fonte travel to Spain with the rest of the squad? It would be a great opportunity to "gell" with the rest of the lads ...especially if we expect him to play on Saturday..providing there is a game to play.

As Pardew was on Solent yesterday probably they have not left yet
S-Clarke Posted 10 January, 2010 Posted 10 January, 2010 They left for spain last night - Fonte has been in Southampton since friday, so i'd guess that's given him enough time to collect a few bits and fly out as well. Would be surprised if he didn't tbf.

He is happy here and learning a lot from Lambert and Connolly The club are showing intent as promised Pardew confirmed no offer for any of our players so far Lallana is not aware of any approach Lallana's agent has received no approaches - there is little money out there for a type of player like Lallana still proving his ability Never say never but 99% certain he will still be here when the transfer window closes.
