mightysaints Posted 10 January, 2010 Author Share Posted 10 January, 2010 Although the main car park is closed we did managed to park on the side road like everyone else. I managed to walk to the very top with the ski boots on and it was worth it. Fantastic views and great snow, nearly a foot deep in places. Anyone who has their own gear get to Butser Hill and have a blast. There was even enough snow to make a few kickers.

Is that the one near Setthorns camp site, where the first 100 yards down the slope from the car park is the dodge the dog poo obstacle course? Hope, it's the big hill to your left as you approach Lyndhurst from Southampton, turn left at the Lyndhurts Park Hotel. Anyway he changed his mind in the end and went to Farley Mount, you must know Farley Mount? It's not the dog crap you have to dodge up there it's the doggers and discarded condoms. BadgerBadger Posted 11 January, 2010 Share Posted 11 January, 2010 (edited) Been boarding up at Telegraph Woods on the golf course next to the Rose Bowl, much fun, a few jumps and the bunkers made for a laugh - although some unfortunate must off have got tw*ted a goodun as the Air Ambulance landed while we were there and carted them off, hope they're ok Edited 11 January, 2010 by BadgerBadger
