Anybody know if there is a way I can copy something I have recorded on my Virgin+ box to my pc? I know you can do it using a dvd recorder but I dont have one. It has a usb so there might be a way??? Google didnt really help me.

No, is the easy answer. Thereare crummy work arounds, but nothing to preserve the high quality of the original recordings. The firmware won't allow it. You'd have to connect a dvd recorder and record it to that, before transferring the recording to your pc.
