Benj540 Posted 6 January, 2010 Share Posted 6 January, 2010 Don't they say the first 6 or so days are the hardest? Once you conquer that you're free with a little bit of will power.

Scudamore Posted 6 January, 2010 Share Posted 6 January, 2010 Worst time to give up really i think. Too many give up smoking adverts on tv. Which of course makes you think about smoking...

You don't smoke do you. The worst time is after a few beers as willpower goes out the window. This will stay with you for years and years. I know people who have given up for 20 odd years and still say they fancy one after a couple of beers...I managed to give up for about 18 months, but got tripped up by beers. Redbul Posted 6 January, 2010 Share Posted 6 January, 2010 It was six years on the 1st of January. Don't like the smell of a lit cigarette and I really don't miss them. Honestly I don't. But I still love the smell of an unlit cig and I still like to roll them.
