According to their site, seems he is staying put. Not fussed, seems a lot of money for an average player in my opinion, do not want to be wasting £1.2 million on someone I've not heard a lot about. If he is not, then as the article states he can tear up his contract and might be able to negotiate better personal terms with us. We would also save on a transfer fee.

No player can really be "forced". He'd be well within his rights to say no and see out his contract and Palace couldn't do a thing (apart from not paying wages which they are currently struggling to do).

Ah yes - Tom Cobleigh was a fine player. Maybe a bit past his peak when we signed him. Better than Ray Wallace though.
