Pilchards Posted 3 January, 2010 Share Posted 3 January, 2010 Let me explain, I have some hardware that only runs on XP but I only have Vista and Apple Mac laptops which don't allow the hardware to work at all. Tried doing a virtual PC on the mac and Vista but it never worked as it would not take the XP disk I put in. Please can someone help me install XP on the Vista BUT keep all my documents on it which means no format job. cheers anyone.

Guest Dark Sotonic Mills Posted 4 January, 2010 Share Posted 4 January, 2010 Or upgrade to Windows 7 which incorporates XP Mode. (So long as you have a processor which is capable of virualization)
