'Take me out' on ITV

Right, this sort of contradictory thing really ****es me off!

 

For those of you who didn't see it or haven't seen it advertised: It is a new dating show on ITV were a bloke is paraded in front of THIRTY women who vote whether they are 'in' or 'out' to go on a date with him then based on his looks, talents etc.

 

I swear to God, if this was a women paraded in front of 30 men there would be cries of 'sexism' and that ITV was objectifying women.

 

Petty I know, but it gets right on my goat.

It isn't surprising that ITV are so short of ideas they are showing this tripe. I seem to recall a show called 'man oh man' not long ago. I like to think the British public have common sense and the viewing figures will be so bad, they won't commission any more series.

Completely agree. Mind you it is ITV, what do you expect?
