Prince Jazzbo Posted 3 January, 2010 Share Posted 3 January, 2010 Maybe they're still upset after we wrecked their ground in 1978!
Toomer Posted 3 January, 2010 Share Posted 3 January, 2010 I have to say, driving into Ocean Village and walking through the industral estates behind the Northam, the amount of people ****ing in the street was unreal. Anyone see Rat boy sat right on the netting, down near the front in the white? A prime example of inbredding, right there. Him and a few other down the front spent most of the game making threats trying to get a reaction, a chap a couple of rows in front of me dared complain to a steward bout it and he ended up getting escorted out for his trouble. Mao Cap Posted 3 January, 2010 Share Posted 3 January, 2010 I looked on a luton site last night (it is crashed this morning) that they were up in arms as there were a large contingent of English Defence League in their section. They were very scathing and embarrassed by it. So fair play to the majority who were just football fans That's rather odd, seeing as the 20 minutes of "Pussy pussy" (complete with wigger-esque lisps) made them sound more like the Staines massive. I thought it was funny as hell, bizarre thing to hear at a football ground, and the quality of their banter made some of the thickos in the Northam look as sharp-witted as Man United's away support. Would have been dead scary if any of them (or indeed our equivalents on the other side of the line of coppers, both of whom could easily break through said line if they really wanted to) were over 18 or weighed more than 10 stone

docker-p Posted 3 January, 2010 Share Posted 3 January, 2010 I regularly went to Luton in the 80's, up until they banned away fans, and never had any bother there at all.
Junior Mullet Posted 3 January, 2010 Share Posted 3 January, 2010 the first mrs hailed from Luton, she was a right slag (that is what attracted me to her in the first place). She wa sa very 'popular girl' around Southampton in the early 80's,if you frequented the Top Rank around that time it is quite likely that you had her. This is not a comment on the people of Luton as I am sure they are generally decent folk. WTF!! lol
Alan56 Posted 6 January, 2010 Share Posted 6 January, 2010 Chelsea lost to Man City earlier in the season, does that mean they don't have a hope in winning the League? Oh hold on, what am I talking about, we didn't even lose yesterday. We won a game and that made you come to the conclusion we haven't a chance in hell of reaching the playoffs? Nice one. No not a chance in hell of making the top six. Take the rose tinted specs off, resign from the happy clappy club and look at the fayre on the pitch. It aint up to the standard required to get into the playoffs. As for beating Luton, yes we did but boy what a struggle it was!!

Granted we are going to drop points, but so will the teams currently in and around the play-offs. Who are you to say I'm in a happy clappy club? Realistically speaking, and even looking at it from an unbiased viewpoint, we are still in with a shout of reaching the play offs.

Mmmm, "not a chance in hell" means you would be willing to offer some decent odds on us reaching the playoffs? 10-1 would just be greedy, but how about 5-1? "Not a chance in hell" must be a MUCH longer shot than that. Form a queue here...
