communist party of britain ,your haveing a laugh, tory party mark 2 more likely.

infact camerons tory party are more to the left of the modern new(tories) labour party.

The Tories are saying that DNA profiles taken by the police are not being wiped from the records quickly enough if people are innocent or are new model citizens.

Always a good one for debate.

IMO everyone should be DNA stamped, then there are no issues.

Please discuss.

i for one will never give my dna,if you have done nothing wrong why should the state take your dna.

infact we have local anti social people with more than 60 offences still on the streets

because are prisons are at bursting point and they know how to work the system.

what we need is more police on the streets and jails built and bootcamps so these idiots know they would be put away.

I am fed up with people of a higher authority who have absolutly no tallent telling me how to run my life and the state knows best which is bloody well doesnt. what i should eat, what i should drink, the masses doing non jobs for the gov, brain washing kids over global warming, telling me to restrict my driving, sat nav to charge me by the mile which is a way of restricting poppulation movement, intrusive interviews for passports,a new census which askes more and more of your personality.I worked in comunist Germany and Russia and can definitly see the resembelence between Labour and the comunist party. Its taken a while but the last 5 years they have shown their true colours, lets face most Labour MP's were members of the Comunist party in their student years. I have told the kids to get the hell out of Britain as soon as possible as i don't think we can reverse the damage tdone to democracy as no matter what party is in charge they will milk the system and screw us all. Animal Farm and the film Brazil come to mind. I have even had my wife telling me to be carefull what i say in emails as they Police could come knocking at my door, now thats dangerous thinking and very worrying.

1: I am not an idiot. 2: Spelling has not always been my best subject and 3: i bet you never worked under communist rule, i did and it was very hairy at times. Trouble is our rights are being attacked every day slowly and drip by drip untill its to late. Look at how many laws Labour have put onto the books.

He's actually pretty much spot on

I, also spent a fair bit of time in East Germany and to a lesser degree Russia in the late 70's and apart from the 'freedom to travel', there really ain't much difference to modern Britain.....and even your freedom to travel is slowly being eroded under the guise of climate change.....Trust me, give it a few years and you'll be having to apply to the Government for permission to travel beyond your allocated miles...or it will cost you a total fortune....result will be still the same

In the Eastern Block, 'control' was achieved with a near overnight in your face hammer blow, everyone could see it but could do nothing about it...In Britain, the same result has been achieved by very a very subtle 'creep' over a prolonged period of time....So much so that many didnt even notice.

Some peeps over there have my sympathy you really do...The rest of you deserve what you've bought upon yourselves

My only advise is to get out while you can......Now there's been a generation or so that's been born into the system, they know no different...What you have now is 'normal' to them and they're only likely to take things to the next level....There ain't no going back

you are not an idiot

you will find (im sure you have) those who sway to the left seem to hold the monopoly on being smart and those who dont agree with them are automatically "thick"...

You will also find that they avoid taking and responsibility for the state of the nation by their actions of championing "nu labour" by now saying "nu labour" is not really labour..

they will claim that maggie is the most disgusting human to have lived in modern britain despite blair's legacy of tearing up the middle east and being involved in what MILLIONS to believe to be a totally illegal war that has contributed to hundreds of thousands dead...and got voted in after the event..

Reasons why you could not possibly in a MILLION years call this government a Communist government:

It allows free enterprise

It allows free travel

It allows freedom of speech

It allows private ownership

As far as I'm aware this government does not try to stimulate one type of demand for a consumer good in order to stimulate another part of the economy (car scrappage scheme aside as that was designed to try and help the car industry out)

There isn't an explicit desire to keep women in the workplace, they have freedom to choose

The government does not use the lure of increased consumer opportunities as a mechanism for legitimising the government.

I don't doubt your experiences in the USSR, but to label this government communist is almost laughable IMO.

Lucky we live in a democracy then isn't it, because in a few months time you get to vote 'your mate Dave' into office.

Reasons why you could not possibly in a MILLION years call this government a Communist government:

It allows free enterprise - no it doesn't. A whole host of of businesses are regulated

It allows free travel

It allows freedom of speech - There are several laws restricting this

It allows private ownership

As far as I'm aware this government does not try to stimulate one type of demand for a consumer good in order to stimulate another part of the economy (car scrappage scheme aside as that was designed to try and help the car industry out) - it subsidises certain companies to preserve votes

There isn't an explicit desire to keep women in the workplace, they have freedom to choose - which government minister said ' women who don't work are a problem'?

The government does not use the lure of increased consumer opportunities as a mechanism for legitimising the government.

It's just a question of degree..
