That could be postponed once or twice and then false promises and bureaucracy so I say April 30 until administrators are called in. I'd imagine it's also in the Premier League's interest to help Pompey stay afloat until the season is over and then they become the FL's problem.

With all the messing around of HMRC there is diddly squat chance of them getting a CVA so they will start next season on around -27 points. Ave it. :-)
