Just load up the game the press the ps button on your controller and bring up your friends list. Click triangle on one of yer friends that is in teh desired session then join.

Mmm jnr is away for a few days so can't explain it to me ; ) Add some of our PSN's then you'll see we'll all be in a game or a lobby then just click on 'join server' or 'join game' or 'join' or something, click that, that's if you haven't been invited already.
