What news on ticket sales for the Luton match

Don't ST holders have a priority booking period? If parts of the ground cannot be opened for 'low-attendance' matches, don't ST holders get a priority period to book elsewhere? If the whole ground were to be opened when it is uneconomical to do so, this would be financial incompetence and then we really would have grounds (excuse pun) for complaint.

No - the really worrying thing about this is that management are not a lot closer to what their customers are thinking. They should know within 20% how many are going to turn up by conducting customer interaction. I was talking to Steward at the Exeter who could not believe the intentions to have most of the ground shut - nor could we - so why did they?

I hope the message from David Luker is right, as I have made at least 20 phone calls over the last three days trying to get tickets for this game. I'm after 6 tickets so the price difference would have been significant.

I would have booked online, but there seems to be a problem with my online booking password. They can't re-set it because it's linked to the same computer system!

anyone stopped to think if you had'nt bought an alternative ticket then perhaps the other areas would not off been opened due to 'lack of interest'?

then the club may not of been in the position to open those areas on the day due to a lack of stewards and police cover.

bearing in mind the date of the game, how close it is to a very expensive time of year the clubs task to guesstimate the attendance can only be based on attendance figures from previous games of this stature.

not sure we've played a non league club at this stage before.

Its the FA Cup, stop moaning , stop quoting fans charters and just enjoy the game, who knows you may sit next to someone new and make a lifelong friend.

Yes I am a season ticket holder and I've had problems booking tickets, but its been sorted by the ticket office staff who only apply the policy of those above them

So COYR, who do want in the next round? after this fallout perhaps an AWAY game !

18786 including 3017 away supporters. It would have been more if the ground had been fully opened earlier ;)

I thought the club had slipped up with the way they openned the blocks. A bit more communication on what was / was not open on the website was needed. Online purchasing was a bit difficult.

There was a late surge in ticket purchases on Thursday morning. Because most of the popular blocks were initially closed a lot of regulars decided to wait until the last moment before buying so that they would have a choice of where to sit. After 3 visits to the TO I finally got my usual 2 seats in the centre of block 31 but I would happily have sat in the immediate vicinity. We were surrounded by unfamiliar faces which confirmed to me what I had been told by the majority of the regular STs in that area, that they would not be buying tickets if their seats were not available.

I think there would have been over 20,000 sold if the main blocks had been open from the beginning.

I was right at the back in row KK block 31and forgot how good it was sitting up there as the view of the game is so much better. I think I may get a couple of tickets there for next season and move back from the Northam. It does give a better insight into the game
