Hi All

After workking in the IT services industry for 10 years making someone at the top VERY rich I've decided to try and go it alone...

I provide PC support, Repairs/Maintenance etc in Southampton and surrounding areas and provide an honest, professional service. I'm driven by common sense and the belief that if you treat your customers right they will keep coming back! :D

If anyone requires these services and would like to know more then drop me a PM.

(Mods - Read the T&Cs. wasnt sure if this kind of advertising is allowed )

Thanks

I see some very strange pictures on customers P.C's.....

Me too. I once gave back a laptop to a bloke when he brought his wife along with him, to receive it back. Let's just say, I knew where that odd distinctive mole was located on her.

But there you go, we are trusted for our services. ;)

Cos theres so much difference between them isnt there :)

For the sake of avoiding a ban there is and you sir are a ledge. :D

saint stevo fixed a laptop for me recently

and did a very good job for a reasonable price

top bloke imho !!!!!

I did the same.

I had, accidentally, downloaded some porn whilst browsing the internet. I tried to delete it, but it kept coming back.

So I sent the laptop off to Stevo, as I though his quote of £600 + VAT was quite resonable for 30 mins work.

I thought it would be back with me the next day, but I heard nothing from him. Numerous phone calls and emails were all ignored.

After about 8 weeks, and many threatening letters from my solicitor, he eventually sent me the F key from my laptop keyboard.....then the next day the letter U, then C, then K,........

can i put you boys to the test?

My wife's Inspiron doesn't recognise the webcam. I installed the Dell webcam app to no avail, also (I think) I dl'ed the latest drivers too. A couple of times the webcam apperad in the device manger but in general it is not there.

I suspect a loose contact but how much would you each quote me to guarantee fixing it? I am willing to deliver as long as it can be done while I wait (coffee and Bourbon Creams MUST be provided at no extra cost).

I will accept sealed bids by PM and will in return allow you to use my endorsement in all future literature and advertising at no cost to yourselves.

can't say fairer than that.

NB

Any 'suspect' images found on said laptop MUST be reported to me instantly.

Still in Warranty?

think so, but I think it's one where i'd have to pay the postage, I can check but it's probably something simple. I must say though that I am impressed that you don't think you are up to it, jolly decent and honest of you s-s (THE s-s)

Have you tried it on another pc? What operating system is the laptop on? Vista/windows 7 should pic the drivers up straight away. Did you get the drivers from the official site so you can be sure they are latest/compatible?

Just trying to help as much as I can without you having to spend anything. That then technically means I'm the cheapest ;)

Say blah blah blah I spent a lot of money on this laptop after comparing it with many HP's and blah blah blah I'm not very happy and I won't be buying Dell again and they will upgrade your warranty to onsite, one time only.

That will be £3567 please.
